Soph is the most EPIC facilitator! I have been to several full moon discos of hers in Seaford and she's done our staff Christmas party too. She is an incredibly talented facilitator, manages group energy effortlessly, and holds space for all ages and levels in a way that welcomes and uplifts everyone.
